Hello, the heating in my apartment has stopped working, and it is getting quite cold inside. Could you arrange for someone to check it, please? I will be home after four today, so a visit then would be convenient. Please let me know the expected arrival time or whether another appointment is needed.
The heating in your rented apartment has stopped working. Contact the building manager, explain that the apartment is getting cold, and ask for a repair visit. You will be home after four today. What would you say?
