Hello everyone. We are changing how routine building faults are reported. Instead of leaving a note at reception, please use the short form on the resident website. You can add a photo if it helps explain the problem. If you cannot use the website, reception staff can enter the report for you. This system is only for routine issues. If water is pouring from a pipe or there is another urgent problem, call the emergency number as before. We will try the form for a month and ask whether it makes updates easier to follow. We are not reducing the number of repair staff.
